S.A.D SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER

It's normal to feel nervous in some social situations. For example, going on a date or giving a presentation may cause that feeling of butterflies in your stomach. But in social anxiety disorder, also called social phobia, everyday interactions cause significant anxiety, fear, self-consciousness and embarrassment because you fear being scrutinized or judged by others.
We shouldn't judge a book by its cover , we dont know whats going on on another persons mind or in their life , we could laugh at them for being fat or having a funny looking face . that person you laughed for being fat probably eats the pain away for the constant torment of being judged by everyone
Alot of teens suffer from S.A.D because of people stressing them or being judged by parents for doing the wrong thing or being told how imperfect they are so they get told the worse things or get shunned for their imperfects or become introverts because of the dark world they live in
God bless the hermit crab who prefers being alone.
